Our highly respected team of qualified professionals includes physicians, physician assistants, certified hand therapists and radiologic technicians. Our services include diagnosis, conservative and surgical management, and assessment of your ability to return to work in an appropriate period of time.
To avoid delays when scheduling an appointment for a workers’ compensation claim, please be sure to have the following information available when you call:

- Your claim number
- Your date of injury
- Name and telephone number of your claim manager
- Authorization to be seen by a provider in our office
At every visit with any of our physicians, please be sure to confirm your work status. We will supply the written work status note for you to provide to your employer.
